This will be my final post for a few days. Today I completed my last scheduled class for this week, tomorrow is Wanda and my 55th anniversary and to celebrate I think I will paint. (Does this surprise anyone). Here is a memory from a long time back.
It has been a very good 55 years. Maybe we will do something special this weekend.
Yesterday was a day for friends to paint and when you are nine I think that painting your first real painting together has to be extra special. Let me introduce you to my new friends:
LONDYNN WILLIAMS BROOKLYNN TANNER
These girls had a very good time in class and it gook only minutes to go from “I’m not sure I can do this” to “boy is this ever fun”.. Have a look at their class record HERE
And today when I answered the doorbell the prettiest set of pastel eyes was looking up at me. At age six, I know that their first class can be a bit daunting. This is Leah Francom.
Dad, Mike, was with her and the two of them have watched a lot of Joy of Painting videos so they had a good idea of what the class was going to be like.. I put dad in the time out corner. Our class lasted pretty close to one hour. I provided all of what was needed to do the painting and you can see her class progress by CLICKING HERE.
OK, that is it for the next few days.. I am available to make reservations for April classes and I have one favor to ask. When you look at the site pages of these students, take a minute to write them a comment. It does make a difference in their lives.
Keep your brushes clean.
